Welcoming downstairs room in friendly Waverly Hall neighborhood with 24/7 access to private entrance. This room has two twin beds and an accent chair next to the closet. The Air BnB space is complete with a mini fridge, washer & dryer and living room with large sofa. Most importantly, we’ve added a Nespresso Coffee maker to make your morning routine flow even when you are away from home. The space This is a split level home that sites on 0.35 acres in a very safe neighborhood. We know all our neighbors and the trees in the neighborhood are beauitufil. Guest access Guest can use anything in the downstairs living area. You will access to a coffee maker, washer and dryer and a big back yard if needed. The living room features a large brick fireplace, high-speed AT&T Wi-Fi, and office chair and workspace for your convenience. The full bathroom is shared with the other Air BnB room if it has guest. During your stay Your room and living area are very private but we are just a text message away if you need anything! Other things to note Exercise: Our favorite park (and Charlotte best kept secret) is James Boyce Park and is located 1.2 miles away from our home. That is a 4 min car ride, but we run there a lot too! This park is great for kids and adults. The playground for kids is full of the nicest people and you are guaranteed to meet someone cool. The trails around the park are amazing and you can choose from the natural forest to the paved greenway. Both will connect you with nature and guarantee a good sweat! Neighborhood has sidewalks and easy access to McAlpine Greenway for walking, running or biking. We are members at the local JCC if you ever want to join us at the gym. A guest pass if $5 after 5pm. Groceries: My favorite Grocery Store is the Fresh Market 1.9 miles away. It’s a little pricey but the quality and ease is worth it. WholeFoods is 4 miles away and Publix Supermarket is less than 3 miles away (both are less than 10 mins drive) Nightlife: Our home is less than 7 miles to Uptown Charlotte. This is less than 15 minutes by car ($10-$12 Uber Ride) Our favorite part of town is called Plaza Midwood. It’s packed with cool bars and markets. The vibes here are great and this is the part of town you go if you want the best hot yoga session and kombucha afterward. Shopping: South Park Mall = 3 miles away Concord Mills Outlet Mall = 29 min Airport: Our home is 23 mins away from the airport
