There is also a shared laundry room with free washer and dryer. Other things to note It is a new renovated condominium, with 10 apartments that has existed since December 2021. These are secondary residences and some owners rent their property during the summer period. It's a large property of 1 hectare, so you'll be very quiet. The Mas has been gradually renovated for 20 years and our cottage has been completely renovated recently, keeping the old-fashioned charm. The Mas dates from 1664 in view of the sundial on the roof which is marked with this date.
