The space is very private despite being under the main house it has a private entrance, and your comings and goings will not be noticed or heard. It also overlooks the main house backyard which is rarely used. Unfortunately there can be some noise from upstairs around breakfast and dinner time, but we do our very best to minimise it. The connected outdoor eating and bbq area is exclusively for the flat. Guest access Dedicated parking space in the driveway, long enough to fit 2 cars or a car and campervan if you are stopping through! Private entry via main house side gate.
