Lovely 1-bedroom near centrally located hospital

This updated apartment is a perfect home away from home. It is centrally located, just a quick 5 min drive from Faith Regional Hospital, making it perfect for travelers. Some extra amenities include high speed internet, dedicated parking, on-site laundry, quiet neighborhood/house, fully furnished, fire TV, and keurig coffee machine. The apartment has been updated in the last year and has all the amenities one would need for a home away from home. There are 3 large closets (2 of them being walk-ins) and plenty of drawer space to store your belongings while you are here. The house is a duplex with the upstairs apartment being a private space with separate entrance. The main floor is occupied by a long-term tenant. The only shared space would be the laundry room and yard/patio. I live nearby and can be available anytime throughout the stay if needed. The neighborhood is one of the reasons we bought this house. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The location is very central to Norfolk and it’s a quick drive or bike ride to anywhere in town.
