Pillow and linen provided) Bathroom includes towels, hand towels, facial washer. Hot/Cold Shower Toilet- handheld bidet spray A lounge area with Smart TV. ( can log in to your Netflix Acct and YouTube) Dining table and chairs Modern kitchen fully equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Rice Cooker, Kettle, and basic cooking (pots, frying pan etc) Dining essentials (plates, cups, knives, forks, spoons etc) Iron/Ironing board 2 Laundromat available fees apply. Pets are not allowed Smoking outside balcony only Olympic Size Swimming Pool and kiddies pool ( fees apply php 150 pp) Closed: Mon- Maintenance Open: Tue - Sun (6am to 10pm) Please note Admin Hrs Mon-Fri 9am-4pm Sat- 9-12noon Sun-closed Pls let us know if you need permit for swimming pool especially when you checking in on the weekend. Other things to note Guest need to provide a copy of government ID’s and covid card/cert at least 2 dose vaccinated for each person who will be staying at the Grass Residence, Guest will need to take a photo and send it through here as I will need to get a permit before arrival. (Same day booking need to send before 2:00 pm) Guest that are planning to check in on Sunday will need to send ID’s before 2pm on Saturday as admin closed on Sunday.) All guest must be at least double vaccinated and need to send copy of vaccinated card or International Covid Certificate. Visitors - Can stay from between 8am to 7pm or If you have visitors who plan to stay overnight after your arrival will need to provide government ID’s for permit. It will cost 250php (US 4.50) as I need to pay my care taker Luz for her transport and time. I suggest you send it before arrival so you do not need to pay. (please note a total of 4 people are only those who allowed to stay overnight inside the unit) (infant under 1 years old is free of charge but no bed/cot is not provided.) Check- in 2pm ( guest planning to check in early will have to book the day before.) Check-out before 12 noon( as care taker will have to clean the unit for next guest checking in by 2 pm)
