Disclaimer: While we have hosted many infants and toddlers, be aware that there are 2 steps between the living and dining room and there are 14 steps (carpeted) between floors. Also, we cannot guarantee that the last guest or cleaners did not leave cleaning suppliers or other toxins/knives/breakables under the sink or elsewhere that could be reached by a toddler. Please check for such hazards when you arrive. We have a high chair, Pak-N-Play and stroller. You may have to open them up. Rentals over 28 days do NOT incur Washoe County's 14% lodging tax! Guest access One car garage plus a pass for outdoor parking. Automatic garage door opener. No off-street parking. Tall vans or those with roof-top gear or extra-wide vehicles may not fit in the garage. The cluster lot can fill up during holiday times. Parking passes are good for any McCloud lot. $25 replacement fee if parking pass or $50 if hot tub key lost lost per HOA. Ring doorbell and keyless access. We will grant later check-out if the property is not booked later that day. Other things to note Unit should have initial supplies: shampoo, TP, hand, dish and dishwasher soap, garbage bags. We try to leave pods for the washer but our agent does not supply them so no promises. We try to supply propane for the barbecue. Can be iffy if the previous guest barbecued a lot but let us know if you are barbecuers and we'll try to hide some for you. RENTALS OVER 28 DAYS DO NOT INCUR 14% LODGING TAX. Incline Village short-term rentals are required to obtain permits from Washoe County. Violation of the occupancy restriction can result in a fine and possible loss of our permit. Guests will be responsible for any fines and possible monetary damages if they fail to adhere to the occupancy limit. Parties are not allowed and may also result in a fine and loss of our rental permit. Also, violations can result in the renter's loss of ability to rent AirBNB properties in the future. The Incline beaches are private. We have a very limited number of quest passes that usually go to repeat renters. Inquire. Parking access to Sand Harbor Beach can be obtained on line via Nevada State p[arks. Book early. King's Beach is also an option. Medical alert: Both showers have Kohler handheld showerheads that reattach by magnet. There was a warning on the box that the magnet could interfere with some pacemakers.
