Welcome to The Aspect by Solace Stays, our super stylish 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment situated in the heart of Cardiff City Centre just off the main high street and next to the train station for ease. You will not find anything more central than this. We have one dedicated parking space in the apartment’s secure gated carpark and there is another car park opposite for guests to use pay and display. Our apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and fully equipped for up to 7 guests. The space The location: Perfectly located next to the station. Just off the high street to enjoy shopping, the many restaurants and bars. Central location for the tourist hot spots and to attend concerts. 5 minute walk to the Utilita Arena 10 minute walk to the Principality Stadium 7 minute walk to the New Theatre 4 minute train ride to Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre Parking: 1 car included. The Aspect apartment building has its own car park area next to the apartment building and we have our own space. 1 dedicated parking space for guests to use. Parking is gated and secure. Fob access and then direct access to the apartment building. Extra vehicles will need to be parked in the nearby car parks. Your hosts Chris and Cerys have carefully designed and well maintain their apartment for best guest experiences. This superb apartment offers parking and the luxury of 3 bedrooms but also 3 bath/shower rooms which makes it the perfect base for families or friends to share. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedroom 1: king bed with en-suite shower room Bedroom 2:double bedroom with smaller en-suite shower room Bedroom 3: twin (2 single beds) Lounge: sofa bed An additional family bathroom with shower over bath. Living Space: The living space is spacious and bright with an open plan lounge /dining area with kitchen set back from the dining space. The whole apartment is gas free and fully electric appliances. There is a balcony area letting in the natural light but with black out curtains if you choose to use the sofa bed as an additional sleeping area. The comfortable sofa can pull into a full double bed, we also have a chair and coffee table to enjoy watching TV. (Smart Tv included) A large wooden dining table with chairs suitable to sit 6 with additional stools for extra guests Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to order take out or cook a delicious meal. Kitchen amenities include; oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. You can find us on the 6th floor but there are two convenient lifts. Apartment door key code. Lift to 6th Floor Carpark fob stored in apartment. Other things to note We operate a minimum age policy of 25 for the lead guest. Please ensure you comply with this house rule as we may require proof of identification. We are next to the train station. Self check in but I will need to buzz you in remotely. For this reason we ask that check in is by 9pm please Lock box and intercom City centre location We do not manage the building Cleaning Fee Policy We kindly remind all guests that the cleaning fee you pay is designated to prepare the property for your stay. This includes linen hire and adhering to enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for every guest. However, paying a cleaning fee does not eliminate the expectation that the property be left in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout. Guests are required to follow the checkout procedures and maintain the property during their stay. To respect the property and future guests, we ask that you: Wipe down surfaces after cooking. Use the dishwasher for dishes. Dispose of waste in provided black bags. Basic cleaning materials are provided for your convenience to help you maintain cleanliness during your stay. While our properties are professionally cleaned between stays, any additional cleaning required due to neglect may result in extra charges being billed to the guest. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property in excellent condition, just as you would your own home. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
