This historic five points home is located walking distance to all UGA facilities as well as the numerous restaurants and shops in five points. This home comfortably sleeps 10 with two king master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms. This is our family home and our hope is that you treat it as such! The space This home is one of the most unique homes in Athens. Built in 1916, the entire home is surrounded by granite sourced from a local quarry. The interior has original wood floors and tile fireplaces in almost every room. There are two master bedrooms with memory foam king size beds and ensuite bathrooms, one is downstairs and the other is upstairs. Also upstairs, are two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The larger of the two bedrooms has two queen size beds. The smaller has a day bed with a twin trundle bed. There are two living room areas with flat screen TVs. The dining room seats 8 and is located in the front of the home with large windows overlooking the front porch. The outdoor living in this home is second to none, with a front porch that is one of the biggest in Athens, large groups can gather for conversation and/or meals. The grounds of the home are meticulously maintained and lush flora surrounds every aspect of this home, there is always something blooming! Guest access Guests will be able to access all rooms of the home (with the exception of closets) and all outdoor living areas. Other things to note Please treat our home the way you would your own. Please leave clean dishes in the dishwasher and the sink empty. Please empty all trash cans and put in garbage bin outside. No pets, parties or smoking allowed.
