Camping Dresden, Me, Eastern River shore, 1of4

Camp Site #1 of 4. Located on 15 Acres along the Eastern River in Dresden. Each camp site has access to the river, which leads to the Kennebec River, Merry Meeting Bay, four other rivers and Casco Bay. Enjoy the Eastern River for the wildlife and fishing. Kayaks can be rented and boats are welcome. Town landing located +/- 300' up river. The space This is the first year of our campground. Hence, raw camping. I've opened up our woods to nature and you along the Eastern River. I started this with the idea of RV's, However, Campers in tents have been the trend. So, I will happily adapt to tenters. I've tried to push out the black flies, mosquitoes and ticks, without chemicals but some seem reluctant to leave. In addition, we have some Brown tail moth hairs on site. It may just be that time of year. Guest access In General, you'll have access to everything. The common area, is just that, for everyone. It is a relaxing spot next to the river with spectacular views. There are other spaces next to the river to be able to set up your RV or tent. Other things to note (UPDATE: I now have a bucket and seat with a bag made of corn, biodegradable, in a popup tent please see pictures.) (In addition, l'm working on a shower tent. )There are no, on site Facilities, However water and septic are at the local KOA in the next town over, +/- 10 miles. Restaurants, Stores, Emergency Medical and Laundry are just up the road or the next town.
