The space This cute and cozy 3 bedroom cottage features a bright and roomy space perfect for a large family, or friends and couples alike. Overlooking the beautiful clean waters of Georgian Bay, the views will immediately lull you into relaxation and holiday time. The neighborhood is quiet and mature featuring a lovely cedar treed road where children can bike without worry. There is an outdoor fire pit to enjoy and a few water toys (iSUP & sit-on kayak) too. Inside the cottage you will find plenty of storage space, coat hooks, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright spacious living area, and a dining area with views to the water. A sliding door to the main deck offers easy access outdoors. The main deck also has a covered canopy that may be used to beat off the summer sun. A secondary deck (off the boat house) completes this waterfront property with a secondary zone perfect for sun tanning and/or chilling out in the hammock. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage, green and deck spaces, waterfront dock and swimming in Georgian Bay. Free access to 2 kayaks, 2 sups, & a fishing rod. There is no access inside the small boat house on site. Other things to note a) Tap water is not potable.
