Only 90 minutes north of Toronto, we are one of Georgian Bay's best kept secrets. Enjoy your morning brew while taking in the sparkling waters of the Bay while relaxing in front of your suite. Enjoy a beach day with the kids, swimming/paddle boarding/ kayaking or just relaxing while reading, then back to the Resort for a BBQ or to eat at one of the local restaurants. The space Rooms: Updated accommodations include flat screen TVs with a premium cable package and free Wi-Fi (Offering Rogers fastest internet) to watch your favourite online channels Kitchen: Equipped with full size fridge/stove top/microwave/toaster/coffee maker/kettle/cutlery/dishes & cookware. (salt/pepper/sugar/trash bags) Beds are Queen with double pull out. A/C. Free Wi-Fi, flat screen T.V.s. We also provide gas BBQ’s and a fire pit overlooking Georgian bay. Rooms also have a view of Georgian Bay with outdoor covered sitting area to enjoy your morning brew. Beds: For your sleeping arrangements a Queen bed and double pullout couch for children under 13. Beach: Part of the longest fresh water beach in the world with Chrystal clear blue water. No walking 3/4 blocks to the beach and having to use public washrooms. We are located 10 meters from the beach which makes it perfect to walk back and have a BBQ lunch or eat at one of the adjacent eating establishments. We also have shuffle board and a large yard for kids to play in. The Long sandy beach is ideal for long walks. In the evening you can take in the most beautiful sunsets overlooking the Blue Mountains. Outdoors: Private surroundings include two waterfront deck areas, fire pit, outdoor tables and seating. Within a two-minute walk to local restaurants, beach variety store and convenience store, mini-golf and go karts. Ten-minute drive from Midland local shops, grocery stores, restaurants, mall and movie theatre. Balm Beach Area: Beach variety store 3 local restaurants, plus a licensed convenience store, Go Karts/mini-golf 5mins away. Ten-minute drive from Midland, 6 grocery stores, small town shops, restaurants, mall with movie theatre. There are many attractions in the Midland and Penetang area Guest access Guests enjoy their own private suite. The outdoor areas a shared space with many different sitting areas close to the BBQs and fire pit. (Wood is provided at no cost as is propane for Barbecuing).
