Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house and outdoor recreation areas including the deck, yard, swim spa, mini golf, and sport court. Check-in is simple with keyless self check-in. A small separate house shares the driveway, but it is not part of the Airbnb. Outdoor recreation areas are available for guest use with outdoor quiet hours starting at 10pm. Other things to note Maximum occupancy rule No more than 14 guests may be on the property at any time. This rule is enforced by the city to prevent parties in residential neighborhoods and must be strictly followed. Location note The home is located very close to the freeway, which provides quick access to Village West and surrounding attractions. Traffic noise is noticeable outside and can still be heard inside, though many guests find the home comfortable and convenient.
