We are pleased to have many repeat guests who enjoy the house and its' amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. My husband Jack and I have lived in mid-coast Maine for twenty years and, as avid travelers, appreciate the value of a comfortable place away from home. We have kept that in mind in creating 25 Middle St. We have created a home away from home for guests with good linens, furniture and books. Guests can sit and watch the harbor as they have their morning coffee in the spacious kitchen, take a stroll around the block to the many historic landmarks, or plan for a day at the Botanical Gardens, the beach, or a visit to one of the neighboring scenic towns or local events. Guest access The house is situated on the corner of Middle St. and Bigfoot Alley. The entrance for Unit 25A is on Bigfoot Alley. There is also a deck accessed by a sliding glass door off the back. The whole first floor & back deck are for your exclusive use. There is small garden/pea stone sitting area that is used by all of our guests at the rear of the house. Other things to note The key is in the lock box by the side door on Bigfoot Alley. We will email or phone you the code after you book. We do not allow pets or smoking . PLEASE NOTE: We must follow the Maine state regulations for this season. All out of state guests must arrive with a recent negative COVID test result unless they are planning to quarantine for 14 days We will ask for that certificate as we are obligated by law.
