HOTEL STANDARD ROOM in awarded housing project

Welcome to Kraftwerk1 Zwicky Süd! In our cooperative housing project we host 2 guest studios in hotel standard. If we don't need them for our own guests, we rent them out. The rooms have individual access, own bathroom, wifi, kettle, but NO KITCHEN. If you like, you can have breakfast at nearby Bistro ZwiBack for CHF 10/person. Public Transport (Tram12) is in right front of the house, which brings you to Downtown Zurich or to Zurich Airport in 20 minutes. The space The room of around 18 m2 in total has the functionality of a hotel room: Individual access, two beds, bathroom, enough storage room, WIFI and a kettle to make hot water for tea or coffee. If you like, you can have breakfast at nearby Bistro ZwiBack. Guest access You can use all the amenities (laundry, common space with pool table, library) we share. Other things to note As Zwicky Süd is a car restricted development, there is NO PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE.
