The Den area has a 65' smart TV, lazy boy chair and a pullout couch with a wonderful mattress that comfortably sleeps 2 children or an adult. Tennis courts/basketball/pickleball/sauna/hot tubs/pools/beach restaurant, etc.. Guest access Guests can use the amenities at any of the buildings withing the Resort. Other things to note There are no pets allowed anywhere within the entire Resort. In 2025 the Resort did add a $5 per day parking fee. They will collect that once you first enter the property. They will only accept credit cards for the parking fee.
