True 1 bedroom, with a private Master bedroom with a King bed and a ton of closet space and a 55" Smart TV. Bathroom has a jetted tub. Full kitchen with Island and 4 stools. The Den area has a 65' smart TV, lazy boy chair and a pullout couch with a wonderful mattress that comfortably sleeps 2 children or an adult. Tennis courts/basketball/pickleball/sauna/hot tubs/pools/beach restaurant, etc.. Guests can use the amenities at any of the buildings withing the Resort. I am always available by phone/text if something is not exactly to your liking. There are no pets allowed anywhere within the entire Resort. In 2024, the Resort did add a 1 time $20 parking fee, which will cover the duration of your stay. It will be collected at the gate house as you arrive. They will only accept credit cards for the parking fee.
