Guest access During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire home. Please note that there is a separate casita/guest house located in the backyard, which is currently vacant and unavailable for guest use. Other things to note To be mindful of our neighbors who are full-time residents, we kindly ask outdoor noise levels to a minimum when traveling with a group. Our yard is not fenced. Both the north side of our property and the east side of the property provide open view to the neighbors yard. It is worth noting from a privacy standpoint. Our property does not have privacy fencing. Please note that our home is situated in a rural desert area, which means that insects, spiders (including tarantulas), cockroaches, snakes, scorpions, squirrels, chipmunks, and lizards are common. From time to time, you may also see Javelinas, coyotes, and deer on our property. If any of these creatures make you uncomfortable, you may want to consider booking another listing that better suits your preferences. The TV programming in the home is Roku Live TV.
