The Quinta Avalon is in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer, near the traditional village of Porches, between Portimão and Albufeira, in a picturesque landscape. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. However, if you have problems with the presence of dogs and cats, we would rather advise you against booking on our Quinta, as all our animals are free on our entire premises. The space Reserve your own part of the villa in one of our apartments for rent or in our apartment. For an occupancy of three or four people, we rent two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as adjoining bathrooms with shower. If this apartment is only booked with two people, the second bedroom and bathroom will be separated and are not available. If this area is still needed, it will be charged as with occupancy of 3 or 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a living room and fully equipped kitchen. A faucet with filtered drinking water is available in the kitchen. Fresh linen and bathroom towels are provided upon request after a week's stay. In the colder and humid winter months (November to the end of February), we can switch on underfloor heating in the living room. Additional radiators are available on request and subject to a surcharge of €10 per day. Guest access From our large terrace you have a direct view of the beautiful swimming pool with the adjacent outdoor kitchen. A cool down in our 80 m² swimming pool with outdoor shower or just relaxing in the Bali sun beds, surrounded by large palm trees, will make you forget the stress of everyday life. Enjoy the incredibly beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine, experience a nice evening in the outdoor kitchen area by the swimming pool or just relax in one of the cozy seating areas on the terraces. The property has its own private driveway with an electronic gate. Other things to note In the off-season, that is from 01. November to March 31, as well as in the period between June 29 and July 12, the nightly rates of additional guests, for occupancy of more than two people are on request and different from the prices advertised so far. For accurate price information, we kindly ask you to contact us. We are happy to offer you a few optional additional services during your stay: Baby travel cot: €50 usage fee Beach towel rental fee: €7 per towel Parasol rental fee: €9 + €15 deposit After a stay with us of one week, we will provide a free exchange of bathroom towels and bed linen on request. If you would like to include a towel change during your stay beforehand, we can offer this for a fee of €5 per person. As you have already read, our check-in time is advertised until 9 pm. However, if you want to check in later, that's also possible. Night check-in fee: 25€ (until 24pm). After that, €35 If an additional radiator is desired during the winter time during the stay, we will be happy to provide you with one. The fee for this is €10 per day. However, it is possible to prepare a few small meals on the induction plate or something in the microwave for the guests who book the apartment in the summer months, in our outdoor kitchen in the swimming pool area. There is also a fridge available there. In the winter time, in case of rain or if the humidity is too high, the use of the outdoor kitchen is unfortunately not possible, even for safety reasons. As a small balance, however, we provide our guests with a coffee machine and a kettle in the apartment, so that the first coffee or tea in the morning is already secured. 3.) Your little holiday paradise This apartment also does not have its own kitchen. For the guests who book the apartment, our outdoor kitchen in the swimming pool area is available in the summer months. There you can prepare a few small meals on the induction plate or something in the microwave. There is a fridge in the apartment.
