Located on one of Lakewood’s most desired streets, known for its Victorian era homes. This 3rd floor private walk up apartment includes a living room with TV, office space, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Centrally located, allowing you to get to fun spots, within 15 minutes OR walk less than 5 minutes to the bus stop that takes you directly into downtown Cleveland for a $3.00 RTA fare. This is a great place to stay, if you are in town to work, visit family, the rock hall or a sporting event. Entrance to the private third-floor apartment is from the back outdoor wooden staircase. This apartment has separate central air and heat with a full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffee maker) for your use. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed, which is located in the front of the home, and has a great view of the neighborhood. The bathroom has a shower and all amenities that you may need. Free street parking is also available. Check in is after 3 pm. Check out is at 11 am. Entry code will be provided prior to arrival. The first two floors are part of the main home, that is owner occupied. Ask us about extended stays and discounts - our Airbnb season is from March to end of October but we have made exceptions. Our location has been appreciated by travel nurses, medical residents and college students for the proximity and ease to various hospitals and universities. Note: The shower is located under the sloping roof section and a shower wand has been installed. See photos. Previous guests have not had issues. Full third floor and backyard. You will see us around, but we are also happy to give you your space! If the weather is nice, its likely we will be tending to the front or backyard or having a porch social with drinks. Nothing noisy, just caring for the home and catching up with neighbors. We do have a medium size labradoodle that uses the backyard, but we keep the yard tidy and he is never out alone.
