The master bedroom also provides a twin size rolling/folding bed that is stored in the closet. The kitchen provides a 4-burner range/oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of cookware, dishes, flatware and many basic spices. You will have exclusive, full use of the home along with a private front entrance & private backyard. You will have access to the interior of the home, backyard, garage and driveway. The garage only accomodates standard size vehicles. A minivan will fit but it will be a tight fit. Any large SUV's or trucks will be able to park in the driveway directly behind the garage. Parking is available on the street but it is very limited. Please do not park in the driveway of the resident next door.
