This is a great vacation location. It is close to National Parks and everything Moab has to offer. It has plenty of room for friends and family. It is very new and comfortable, each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom. There is also a bonus room with a daybed. There are beautiful views of the mountains and red rock from bedrooms and patio. There is a 2 car garage, a huge patio with a gas grill, washer/dryer and free access to the local water park to make your stay more enjoyable. The space The space very large and comfortable, each bedroom has it own en suite bathroom. We are doing extra cleaning and sanitizing for your peace of mind. There are beautiful views inside and out. Outdoor space has large patio with beautiful views and a natural gas grill for cook outs. The downstairs is completely accessible with no steps and wide doors, including a walk in/roll in shower. The kitchen has marble countertops and is fully furnished with all the necessities. There is a large smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix and internet accessibility. and There is also a sound bar with bluetooth to play your favorite tunes. Upstairs is a bonus room with a large daybed and futon that can sleep 3. This is an ideal place for those who prefer a little privacy. The 2 car garage is ideal for bikes too. There is also room on the driveway for 2 addition cars. It is conveniently located just south of town, close to the golf course and Suzie's Branding Iron restaurant is a short walk away. Guest access The house has its own 2 car garage, laundry, and private patio. We also provide our guests with free access to the local Moab Recreation and Aquatic Park. It a great place to relax and enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools. Other things to note We are doing extra cleaning and sanitizing to deal with COVID-19. The entire downstairs is wheel chair accessible.
