The space A beautiful, bright, and spacious San Francisco studio apartment, located in the Richmond district, is available for short term rental. It's a perfect size for a single traveler, a couple, or a small family who are looking for more budget accommodations in this expensive city. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and electric kettle, perfect for having simple breakfasts at home before starting your day of sightseeing. Please be aware that the kitchen does not have a stove top range or full sized oven. The bathroom is very large and clean and has a shower over the bathtub. There is a comfortable queen-sized bed that sleeps 2, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate another 2 guests (if your reservation is only for 2 guests and you request both the bed and sofa bed, there is an additional linen fee assessed) . This set up is more suitable for a family rather than 2 couples, however, as there is no separation between the sleeping areas. Guest access The entire apartment is for your sole use. Other things to note Potential renters should be aware that they will hear noise from the apartment above (mainly voices and footsteps from 8am-9pm) and it may disturb light or late morning sleepers. We provide a white noise machine to mitigate the issue, however, if you are looking to sleep in on your vacation or want to spend all day in a quiet sanctuary, this is not the right rental for you. Historically the guests who have been the most satisfied tend to be those with full itineraries, either out all day sightseeing or visiting family and friends, and just needing a nice, comfortable spot to rest at the end of the day. The rental is not located in the tourist center, but in the northwestern part of the city. Expect to spend at least 30-45 minutes on public transport to reach tourist sites like Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf or Chinatown.
