Welcome to The Cottages at Riverview! We offer nine rental units, each sleeping a total of 8 guests. Pull your boat right up to the Cottage’s private Boat Parking with multiple plug-ins. All bedding, towels, the comforts of home are provided. Boat launch just 2 miles away at N Point Recreation Area. Enjoy all that this area has to offer! Fishing, hunting, boating, any adventure! Stay a full week & receive 1 night compliments of the host! Two identical units available, can book together. The space The Cottages are perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy the Missouri River, or for a couple looking for a get-away! The loft and day bed allows for more sleeping options. Guest access Guests are allowed to access the entire space, including boat parking with electrical hookups! Other things to note 2 day minimum stay with 3 day minimum stay for Holidays. There is a $100 incidentals deposit required. No pets are allowed inside of The Cottages, there is deck space available and pets are welcome on the grounds but NOT INSIDE. If a pet is discovered indoors, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Thank you for your understanding!
