Ceiling fan Room 2- spare room with a queen bed + built in office set up in wardrobe Room 3- spare room with a king bed Room 4/sleepout- king bed . Main bathroom inside- Bath & shower, seperate toilet. Laundry inside- Laundry tub,Heat pump dryer, front loader washing machine. Washing line down side of the home. Please note all linen will be provided and is included in the cleaning fee. Hot water runs on infinity gas. Open living kitchen, dining and lounge with 30sqm deck off the lounge which is covered in with a louvre tech system for all weather purposes. This room has its own access away from the house if required. The bathroom is large and spacious. Parking on property in driveway for 2x vehicles, multiple offset parking available. Guest access Access to whole property- house/pool/sleepout. Please note the master wardrobe will be locked due to our stuff being in here since we occupy the property majority of the time.
