No access to garage 6 mins drive to whitianga/15 mins walk to Simpsons beach. 925sqm section The space House includes- 4 bedrooms in total (3 inside and 1 outside with own bathroom - sleepout). 3 in the main house, all rooms have a ranch slider. Room 1- master bedroom and ensuite. Super king bed & smart TV. Ceiling fan Room 2- spare room with a queen bed + built in office set up in wardrobe Room 3- spare room with a king bed Room 4/sleepout- king bed . Main bathroom inside- Bath & shower, seperate toilet. Laundry inside- Laundry tub,Heat pump dryer, front loader washing machine. Washing line down side of the home. Please note all linen will be provided and is included in the cleaning fee. Hot water runs on infinity gas. Open living kitchen, dining and lounge with 30sqm deck off the lounge which is covered in with a louvre tech system for all weather purposes. Screens to shut the area into a room for all weather purposes. * a second deck space -20sqm around the back of the house with an outlook to the rural farm and sea. 1x 65inch TV - smart, located in lounge. Apple TV, neon, Netflix & Disney provided. Sky sport can be arranged for an additional fee. 1 dining table in lounge area, 4 stools at breaky bar. 1 study nook that closes off in lounge but can be utilised as a workspace. This room has its own access away from the house if required. The bathroom is large and spacious. Parking on property in driveway for 2x vehicles, multiple offset parking available. Guest access Access to whole property- house/pool/sleepout. Please note the master wardrobe will be locked due to our stuff being in here since we occupy the property majority of the time.
