Built in 1890 this is our personal home - we’re renting while out of town. There will be personal items in the home. Upstairs has living room, dining, bathroom and office/nursery. Down a set of 3 stairs are two bedrooms; a king bed and a queen bed. A door separates the two rooms. Will have our personal belongings; think Airbnb back when people actually rented out their houses. The yard has a large outdoor dining table with bistro lights. We love our little home and hope you will too. Main house is casual with living, small kitchen/ dining, office and bath with shower. Two bedrooms are accessible to the main house via steps and covered porch. Gate code required to access property. It's right off Hwy 71/281 with an HEB and a Walmart 10 minutes away in Marble Falls. The winery route via 290 is 15 minutes away towards Fredericksburg, Longhorn Cavern - 15 minutes north, Round Mountain Distillery, a small, locally owned rum distillery that is impressively good - 5 min. Surrounded by Lake Marble Falls, Lake LBJ, Inks Lake, Buchanan Dam, Lake Travis, Colorado River and Pedernales State Park, Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern and historic Fredericksburg and nearby Horseshoe Bay. A great central location! Guests have access to the cabin and surrounding acreage. Owners live at the back of the property, but the cabin has a private entrance gate, code required. This is private property in the hill country. Owner's residence sits at the back of the property with a separate access road.
