Welcome to our lovely summer paradise! In this hidden and rural oasis, only 3 km from the center of Arendal, you can enjoy the southern summer to the fullest. If you go through the lush garden portal you come to an outdoor area that offers both swimming pools, outdoor shower and plenty of seating. In the outdoor kitchen you can prepare delicious dinners that you can enjoy throughout the summer evenings. If it eventually gets cool, you can move into the garden room with heat lamps and enjoy the rest of the evening. The space The property is just a stone's throw away from both the sea and the lake with good fishing opportunities, and the surrounding area offers great hiking areas both on foot and by bike. Not far from the house you will find the newly established and child-friendly beach pearl Løkholmen. The zoo is only a 40-minute drive away. There is also a lavish and completed mountain bike trail just behind the house. In other words, the house is perfect as a base for the summer adventure in Sørlandet. The main house has four bedrooms upstairs, as well as one bedroom plus sofa bed and extra bed in the basement living room. The detached annex has three sleeping places.
