Comfortable Private Room in Peaceful setting

My townhouse is within walking distance to parks, St. Anthony's hospital and Denver's light rail system. There are numerous dining options also. For breakfast, there is a Le Peep less than .6 miles-an easy 10-15 min walk, a Brueggers Bagels-approx 1 mile-15 to 20 min walk and a Starbucks-approx .9 mile-15-20 min walk. For lunch-Chipolte, Tokyo Joes and Old Chicago are .4 miles from my home-10-15 min walk. Also .5 miles away-are Jason's Deli, Subway, Rubios, Noodles and Co. and Smashburger. Guest access Guest will have access to a microwave, refrigerator and pantry space. Upon request, guest can use stove, oven, dishes, glssses and utensils for an additional $10/day. Washer/dryer access is available for $7 per load. Other things to note Visitor parking is available across the street but parking on the left side of driveway is also an option.
