Each bedroom has its own UHD smart TV (w/many TV options). This home offers easy access with minimum (3) climbing steps. Excellent location, close to N279, 5-8 minutes to Downtown Pitts/Convention Center/Strip District, universities, museums, hospitals, or stores/shops on McKnight Rd, Ross Park Mall/McCandless Crossing. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house (both the main level and the fully finished basement) except the garage, which is our storage space, so it is not shared with guests currently. Other things to note Check-in instructions will be sent to the guests on the early morning of the day they arrive, along with a code for the smart lock on the front door. This is a smoking-free and pet-friendly property. Extended stays are welcome, our house has been particularly well liked by patients and families who are coming to UPMC for medical treatments due to its perfect suburban location and close to the hospitals, text host for great discount for longer stay. There is a motion activating security camera installed outside of the house facing the front yard and the main road, and it will be kept on during the guests’ stay.
