Aransas Bay view from balcony The space Guests have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located behind the Bayfront condo buildings. It is available for fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. Condo 213 can accommodate four guests as it features a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There's a walk-in shower in the bathroom and towels and linens as well as toiletries are provided. A second floor private balcony provides a great view of Aransas Bay. The kitchen features full-sized appliances and dishware, cookware, and utensils as well as other amenities are provided.
