It’s located in a friendly local neighborhood, where you’ll experience authentic Filipino life, complete with morning roosters, a couple playful dogs on the street, and the occasional karaoke night (never past 10 PM). The house sits on a private, fenced 400 sqm lot that’s entirely yours. Enjoy the wide open space. You can grill outdoors, stargaze at night, or simply unwind in your own tropical garden. With solar power, blackouts won’t interrupt your stay. Nearby landmarks (via scooter): 🏖️Maramegmeg Beach (Vanilla beach / McDonald’s) – 2.5kms away, ~3 minute ride. Has shops, restaurants, sunset views, free parking & public access 🧺Corong Corong public market / van terminal – 5 kms away, ~6 minute ride. visit on Wednesday or Saturday for the special Tabuan market days 🍹Town proper – 7kms away, 12 minute ride. Other things to note There is no mobile reception in the area but the house is equipped with reliable high speed Starlink Satellite Internet. We are also on solar electricity power so no worries about black outs. The 2 motorbikes will be provided with a full tank, please return also with a full tank. You can use a valid foreign driver's license in the Philippines for 90 days from the date of your arrival. Wearing of helmets is mandatory in El Nido. Traffic police may issue a ticket and temporarily impound scooters if riders are seen without helmets. Please wear your helmet at all time for your safety and to avoid inconvenience.
