Bristol Double Room, Free Parking, Hot Tub, No CAZ

My place is close to Clifton Downs, Clifton Village and Bristol University Halls. It has easy access to M5 Junction 18. We are approximately 30 minutes drive to the city centre. We are approximately 15 minutes drive to the closest 3 Hospitals. There are at least 5 Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive. The closest is less than 5 minutes. You'll love my place because of the comfy bed, warm room and hot tub. There is free on street parking. We are not in the Clean Air Zone. The space We are lucky to live in two houses converted into one. This room in located on the first floor at the front of the house. The bathroom and kitchen are located on the ground floor. We have a large back garden which guests are welcome to sit in during nice weather. We live in a relatively quiet residential street two minutes from the main Shirehampton Road which leads into Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Clifton Downs and Whiteladies Road. The house is quite busy during the day so unsuitable for guests working night shifts, needing to rest during the day. Guest access Along with relaxing in your room, you'll also be able to use the kitchen, bathroom, back garden and hot tub. Use of a washer and dryer are available for a small fee for each load. Guests can also book Reiki, Hopi and Indian Head Massage if available. The kitchen has a kettle, gas oven, toaster, microwave and fridge, guests are welcome to store some food items in the fridge and warm food in the oven. Free wifi is available in the room. Towels are provided, an iron and ironing board are available for guest use. Use the ‘avoid tolls’ when using Google maps, to avoid the clean air zone. You will have your own keys while you are here and can come and go as you please. During your stay I will usually be around to welcome you and show you around, If I'm not then I will ensure someone is available and let you know full details of who will greet you etc. before you arrive. We want you to have the most relaxing time and will endeavour to answer your questions and give as much assistance as possible. Other things to note I work from a garden room, so I kindly ask guests to be discreet when clients are present. No additional visitors are permitted without arranging this in advance. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the back garden, and smoke detectors are fitted throughout the house. We are currently redecorating, but all work is kept outside guest hours to avoid disruption. Free, unlimited on-street parking is available right outside. Our daughter’s friendly Labrador stays occasionally; we always message guests beforehand. He can be ignored without fuss—though he may sulk—and he is never allowed on the side of the house where guest rooms are located.
