You’ll have private access to an incredible backyard with a beautiful pool all to yourself. With a gated private entrance, the guest house is beautifully completed with designer furniture pieces and a king sized bed. It has a super cool New York loft vibe. Relax outside, and take a swim or bring your laptop and do some work outside in a beautiful setting. The backyard backs up to a nature preserve so it’s very private, tranquil and peaceful. Then walk into your really unique and cool Open Space Studio Loft that is a guest house and 750 square feet. There are 14 foot ceilings and the walls were hand-painted by the designer who designed several of the "House of Blues." There is a cool living room with a large ultra suede brown sectional and coffee table with TV. There's also a California King bed with a modern white buttoned leather headboard. The dining set is a one-of a-kind Picasso inspired table and chair set. The kitchen and bathroom are well-appointed for all your travel needs including clean dishes, cookware, new linens, clean towels and toiletries. There are nice wide-planked dark wood floors, and a private balcony. There are 3 windows in the space with an over-sized large window in the front to let in wonderful light. The neighborhood is extremely safe and walk-able to whole foods, a hip gastropub, cafes, a movie theater and shopping. It is surrounded by trees and lots of foliage which makes you feel like you're a bit in the woods while still being in the city. It’s walking distance to amazing sushi, a great gastropub, Starbucks, and Whole Foods. Also, it is a 5 min drive to either the 405 or 101 freeways which makes it accessible to all parts of L.A within a 20-25 min drive. The house sits in the hills so you can hike in the canyons or take one of the canyons over by driving into Beverly Hills or Hollywood within 15 minutes. It is also quite close to many of the film studios. If you're a New Yorker or an artist, I think you will especially like the nice vibe of the space. It's really perfect for anyone who enjoys a cool life-style. Guest access Guests will have their own private balcony and their own guest house which is completely private for them. You also have access to the backyard with a table and sitting area and lounge chairs and access to the beautiful lap pool.
