The Gibbs Street Manor bed and breakfast is located in New Waverly, TX in the scenic East Texas Country, just 50 miles from Houston and 10 miles from Conroe. 3 miles from the Sam Houston national forest. We are a bed and breakfast with lots of amenties such as, a fire pit area, outdoor kitchen and bar with 60 inch tv at the bar, hot tub. Looking for a large place to gather or do any type of event, or check out our awesome wine trail and setup a custom brunch for your group this is the place. Other things to note We have 2 rentals on the property and our back guest house can be rented separately it sleeps 6 guest. Events are an additional fee and if you have more then 20 guest.
