There are 2 bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen loaded with cookware and supplies. There's also a huge formal dining room, laundry, and a spacious backyard with outdoor seating. The space The living room offers two couches with enough seating for 4 people with a TV that has basic channels and a ROKU. The front bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy from the living room and has a King bed and TV. The second bedroom has a soft Queen bed and closet with hangers. The bathroom has double vanities with linens located inside. There is a shower/tub combo. There is seating for 2 on the front porch and enough seats for 8 in the backyard. The yard is fully fenced. Guest access There is plenty of street parking and I will provide you with a code to access the door.
