3min from beach-White&blue house with terraces

The building is a typical Cycladic white&blue house 3 minutes from the beach by foot. The kitchen is fully equipped. You also have fresh herbs in the patio to cook and also dried in the kitchen. There are two rooms in the apartment, the bathroom and two terraces. The bedroom has three single beds and access to the back terrace. The other room is the kitchen/living room with a couch that becomes a double bed and has access to the front and back terrace. The place is appropriate for families. The space The apartment is located in Apollonas, Naxos. The entrance of the apartment is straight ahead entering the property and passing the staircase. It is not the door under the stairway. It is a typical Cycladic white and blue house with 2 floors and the apartment is at the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything you need to cook. You can use also fresh herbs from the patio to cook. There are two rooms in the apartment plus the bathroom. The bedroom has three single beds (190x90cm), a very big wardrobe with an integrated mirror, a table and a very beautiful terrace with the very typical Greek plants of the Greek islands. The other room is the kitchen/living room with a dining table, chairs, a couch that can become a double bed (190x160cm) and one more balcony/terrace with sea view (which is in the entrance of the apartment). The kitchen/living room has access to both terraces. The second terrace has a big oval table with chairs and an umbrella, in case you wish some shade. Please close it always when you are not using it though, cause we have often wind. In total the apartment can accommodate 5 people, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the kitchen/living room. There is no heating and no AC. You can reach the beach Aformoi and also the main street of the village where the main beach is by foot in less than 3 minutes. Apollonas is a small fishermen village in the north of the island of Naxos. There are buses that connect Apollonas with Chora (port of the island) but if you come with a car or motorbike or bicycles, there is a parking, that we provide. There are bars, restaurants, a gift shop and a mini market in the small village, a main beach close to everything (where you can have sand or pebbles or rocks-depending on what you prefer-the beach is big and varies) and one more in the rear part of the village (Aformoi beach-with only pebbles). Last but not least we have books (greek, english, Spanish and german), toys for children and also equipment for the beach that you can use, like umbrellas or hats. Please contact us if you want to stay for a longer period and kindly note, that we provide only starter sets of the basics like coffee. Guest access The whole apartment is for the guests and the apartment has its own entrance in the house. Other things to note Please take into consideration, that from April to October there is a daily tax, that needs to be paid on the spot and it is 8 euros. From Nov. to March the tax is 2 euros. In the winter we rent the apartment preferably for longer periods. We can discuss about the price depending on your length of your stay. Please contact us and we will send you a special offer. Electricity must be paid apart through the resolution center (30cents/kWh). We take a foto before Check in and after check out and calculate the price. When the family upstairs is on spot, the guest can use the iron, BBQ (to be used only in the patio and close to the street-not close to the plants or the house) and hair dryer but it is not by default and please let us know in case you need something.
