Breaking bad pad

Description

* Must read entire summary before booking* Welcome Walter White fans! This retro 70's hunk of love was redone over summer making it a warm and cozy get away. It's not perfect so bear with us, however it is an awesome safe spot we think the adventurous spirt will enjoy! The space * Must read entire summary before booking * *Our property is right off the freeway so if you are looking for extreme silence, this is not your spot. There is no shower, there is no wifi. SUMMER HEAT WARNING! This is a vehicle and just like a car this bad boy can get very toasty during the day. It is perfect in the evening or at night but heats up from 10:30-6:30pm. There is an ac unit but it struggles to cool down the entire length of the rv during the blatant heat of the sun. The benefit however, is that downtown Bend is just 12 min away, Trader Joes is just about 3 min away, and mt bachelor 45 min away. Our 1.5 acre abode is almost fully fenced and feels very private and expansive. You have free reign to walk around and explore the property, and also have access to a great walking path - just follow the road throughout the little neighborhood. A comfy full bed sits at the front on the RV, with a little library to get lost in. The propane heater and stove work great! Keeping the space warm in winter, while making meals easy to prepare and cook. This sink is inactive currently, however we do have a water jug with a spout that drains through the sink to wash your hands/ dishes/ etc. Bar stool seating overlooks the windows so morning coffee is just a delight! There is no bathroom inside, but a tiny charming compostable outhouse is located behind the trailer. A little tv with a built in DVD player sits across from the bed so you can snuggle up with seasons 1-3 of breaking bad! :) There is a covered bridge to get to our property with 8'6" clearance. Please be aware of this. The trailer is not 100% level.. just fyi (working on this!) We do live on the property, but you will not see us unless you wish! The house is located down the hill, so you have a very private zone to yourself. Another campsite airbnb is located down the hill a bit (palomino paradise), however the only semi shared space is the parking area. Pups are allowed, however they must be extremely well behaved. This is mandatory. *(And of course, absolutely no leaving your pet on the property unattended. ) The summer months are here and the trailer can get pretty toasty during the heat of the day! We just added a stand alone a/c unit and outside shade structure to help with the hot hot heat! Absolutely ZERO cigarette smoking or littering.  The trailer locks from the inside, but unfortunately not the outside! We do love an allow dogs, but please make sure you list you are bringing a pet (same spot you click for how many guests are coming in the app) as there is an extra pet fee. Please reach out if you have any questions! Our property is not currently suitable for children 0-12. Calling all adventurous, KIND, gracious souls to try this spot! LGBTQ friendly❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Other things to note We do have one other Airbnb campsite down the hill, you each have separate spaces, however might see each other in the parking area. Please note if you have dogs they must be on leash or have exceptional recall.
