It was painful because they disturbed the other co-tenants who left very bad comments on my profile (which was normal because they did not feel respected). - That's why I prefer to control my calendar over a month (renewable if there is good agreement). This way I can keep a nice harmony between all the guests who all remain vigilant in their respect for the premises and the other tenants. * My name is Christiana and I live independently above the reception area but I am available when needed. * Living above the basement, I am available for my guests - Very secure, each room locks when you are away, but also with an interior lock when you are present. - Your space is exclusively dedicated to hosting guests. Reserved for Weekend and Weekday guests. - The house is in a green setting on the banks of the Seine, in a pedestrian area. This allows for walks and jogs along the water with views of the barges. A great breath of fresh air and nature 24 km from Paris * A co-location of 4 well-appointed bedrooms around a living-dining room to share. The living room, kitchen and "separate" toilet are to be shared with the other co-tenants - The bathroom is shared with 2 other tenants because one of the other rooms has its own private bathroom Guest access You can access: - the living room with TV - the bathroom (sink, shower, electric towel rail) - the kitchen (fully equipped) - the laundry room to dry the laundry - the garden which is equipped with a relaxation area and a table to be able to eat in good weather under an arbor with mosquito net Other things to note *Reminder: The souplex has a false ceiling, it does not allow to accommodate anyone over 1m90 for their comfort. * The plus: the house is located in a pedestrian area on the banks of the Seine and offers nice walks to do your jogging in peace along the water. * The "Grand Bourg" station of the RER D (direction Melun via Corbeil-Essonnes) is 200 m from the house. * Please note: the house is far from shops because it is in the middle of greenery and nature. But there are shops that are 800 m (Grand Frais) - 1 km (Franprix) - A second Franprix (1.5 km) open even on Sundays. * Evry prefecture town 2 km away with its university and all its amenities of the capital of Essonne.
