Cute townhouse in historic St. Joseph neighborhood with free street parking or garage parking (request at booking). Available for long-term stays! Walkable to everything but with a chill residential vibe. Close to Mass Ave/Bottleworks, Old National, Convention Center, Gainbridge, Lucas Oil and more. Can sleep up to 4 guests. Also, I live in the adjoining townhouse :) Historic townhouse with arched doorways and built-ins. Two bedrooms: SF room with a queen-size bed and NYC room with a full-size bed. There's a bonus room with a desk for a quiet WFH space. All the bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas oven/range! The decor theme is great cities and national parks. There's a cozy brick front porch and fenced backyard with a deck. Quiet pets considered by request. You'll have access to the first and second floor of the townhouse, as well as the front porch and backyard deck/fenced yard. I ask that guests stay out of the basement for their own safety. Laundry access will be made available to guests who stay a week or longer. I try to greet most guests to ensure a smooth check-in but you'll have full privacy. I'm available for questions before 9pm. St. Joseph is a historic neighborhood with brick streets and stately homes. There's a neighborhood pub, English Ivy's, just around the corner. I've lived here almost 3 years and love the charm and convenience! Street parking is usually easy on my street and always free. Easy interstate access for road-trippers. You can just park and walk most places! There are Pacers Bikeshare stations nearby so you can check-out a bike too. There are also scooters and IndyGo bus stops nearby. This is 100-yr-old house with some squeaky floors and other bits of "character/quirks". Some sound will carry between the walls of our townhouses but I am generally very quiet. There is potential for road/city/construction noise. A white noise machine is provided in both bedrooms. Maximum of 4 adult guests. Quiet pets on case-by-case basis with additional fee for long stays.
