Cozy vacation bungalow with large garden

Welcome to our vacation bungalow with a feel-good atmosphere. Relax in the garden and on the large terrace while sunbathing and barbecuing. On cold days, the Swedish stove, the large kitchen with dining table and the cozy living room with TV offer you nice hours. Even in winter, our terrace offers a sheltered sunny spot. There are many leisure activities in every season: biking, hiking, swimming, canyoning, archery, pony riding, skywalk, skiing, snowshoeing The space The main living area is located on one level (approx. 90 square meters). Here you will find a spacious kitchen with kitchen block and adjoining dining area for up to 8 people ("Safety First" highchair available). The kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils for culinary pampering. This also includes a fridge-freezer, electric stove/oven, coffee/espresso machine, toaster, blender and a dishwasher. From the dining area you have a very nice view into the living area with large leather couch, TV and Swedish stove, which invite you to linger. Through the large window front you can look at the sunny terrace and the adjacent large garden. Here you can enjoy the sun. There is a table for 6 people, seating furniture, sun loungers, cushions, a large kettle grill (for wood briquettes), a fire pit and umbrellas at your disposal. On the same level, you will find 2 bedrooms facing the garden. One with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, wardrobe, seating furniture and small table. Opposite is a bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and mirror cabinet. Right next to it is another guest toilet. It is possible to use a washer and dryer. In the basement, there is another bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed with a wardrobe and desk. There is enough space to place a children's travel bed. The room has indirect daylight through a small window. Adjacent you will find the laundry room (washer/dryer) at your disposal. The house has its own garage with another parking space in front of it. From there you can reach the house entrance via several stairs. Guest access As guests, you have the entire vacation bungalow with garden at your disposal. You can also use the garage. Other things to note The garage is below the bungalow. The house entrance can be reached via several stairs. The bungalow is adjacent to other bungalows on the right and left.
