Vintage Uptown Village Bungalow Close to Waterfront

Our home away from home is located in the charming Carter Park Neighborhood of Uptown Vancouver, WA. We are only blocks from a grocery store, neighborhood cafe's/community hub, and transit line; and within walking distance to the local shopping district with bakeries, restaurants, breweries and more! Conveniently located only a couple minutes from the I-5 Corridor. We are also a little over a mile away from the brand new Vancouver Waterfront. With the spacious interior and beautiful decor, this vintage style home with modern updates will leave you wanting to stay inside to relax. Should you venture outside, you will be pleased with our outside space to entertain the whole family. Whether you want to have a BBQ, or walk to a nearby pub or restaurant, this space is a convenient stay, walk, or drive to everything Vancouver has to offer. The French door style fridge is large (in door water and ice) with an overhead microwave and stove. This leads into the dining room, with space for 8 at the large wooden table with bench seats. The living room has plenty of seating with space to sleep as well! We have an air mattress on site, and this would make a perfect space for guest wishing to use this. Down the hall, we have two bedrooms with queen sized beds. We also have a full shared bathroom for this area. We will be providing a second living area downstairs with a large sectional, and a king-sized bedroom with a large bathroom. This area boasts an amazing, tiled spa shower with 11 shower heads, a heated toilet seat with Bidet, updated fixtures. Outside, we have artificial turf in front and back yard, covered patio with koi pond, and large seating area near the outside BBQ! We also have a cornhole set up to entertain the whole family! You will find something you will love at our home. We set it up to easily accommodate and entertain! Guest access You will have access to the entire home. The shed in the back yards you will also have access to. We ask that the building serving as the garage area, be avoided, as we are working on plans to renovate and improve this area soon.
