The space Private bedroom and private bathroom located off short private hallway, on the 2nd level of the home. You will be our only guest when you book. This ensures the best fit:) Guest access This rate is for a private bathroom & private bedroom with wall to wall sliding glass (screen-less) windows. Ocean view on the horizon facing west, giants palms & gurgling fountain. Due to year round open windows, there is a possibility of seeing a fly or bug. Your room & bathroom are sanitized & cleaned thoroughly before your stay, but with screen-less open windows a half mile from the ocean you may experience nature :) Guests are offered space in the fridge & there is a microwave. Coffee & tea are available daily, self serve. More than light food preparation is not available at this time. Driveway parking, or street parking directly in front of the house are both available. Hose located directly in front of driveway parking, to rinse excess sand from the beach. Thanks! During your stay I communicate thoroughly with guests prior to & during arrival regarding check in. I like to let guests get settled in upon arrival & while I make sure guests have everything they need & am available for questions/concerns, or local recommendations, I tend to be a hands off host. Those who want a relaxing place to lay their head, but are generally here to explore, enjoying the outdoors & restaurants along the coastal beaches. He does not go in to guest room /guest bathroom/ hallway, nor is he ever left unattended on the 2nd level. This house has an open stairwell so please note it is not child proof, and for those needing assistance to get up stairs, it is not an ideal listing. There are steps leading to the front door as well. This is a live in host listing; not an entire home, though you will have privacy.
