Bathroom on each floor. -Well equipped kitchen. - Large sandy beach shared w only 1 other cottage. WITH CANOE & KAYAK! Great place to swim, hike, sing songs by the fire! -You bring sheets, towels, tea towels. RENT ONLY IF YOU AGREE TO LEAVE IT CLEAN, we DO NOT have cleaners. NO PARTY ANIMALS PLS! The space It's not a house, it's a cottage but big and comfy. The two main floor bedrooms are private, main is king bed, smaller is double bed. The 2nd floor is open concept, queen bed, double & futon, and open to the spiral staircase so sound does carry. Some guests LOVE the layout, but for others it does not allow sufficient privacy. Big sandy beach shared with only 1 cottage, the 2 bdrm cabin next door. With 3 properties, each about 100' away from the other, consider renting 2 or all 3 for family gatherings. This can be purchased as close as Hope's Clover Farm (prev Foodland), 8 minutes away in Novar. You can also go to a nearby spring we provide directions to and we do supply water containers. -We do not have wifi -There is a TV but only for DVDs, we do not have TV station reception - waterfront cottage in a forest, enjoy the property but understand that you use at your own risk. We do NOT have lifeguards or park rangers.
