House with hot tub and patio

This family home is in a nice neighborhood near DTC. Parks, walking paths next to the canal and tennis courts. Close to Fiddlers green, Pindustry, restaurants, movies, shopping and more. The home is on a large corner lot with front yard ONLY (NO BACKYARD) and the back patio including hot tub is complete fenced! Back patio and hot tub are private and are designated for the main house unit ONLY! There are other units on this property so please be courteous. Roku No cable. Smoking outside ONLY. The space This area is the main level of the home with 3bedrooms, 3baths, living room , kitchen with large dining room that opens up to private fully fenced patio with hot tub. There is another unit in the garden level with a separate entrance that is rented long term as well as a studios in back with a small back porch and entrance. Driveway is for those back units. All units are completely separate. Patio and hot tub area are designated for this unit and not shared. However please be advised, owners live on the property and are available if needed. They will be working on and around the home randomly providing maintenance to the yard and all outside areas. There are no parties, loud music or inside smoking allowed at any time. HOT TUB: When using the hot tub fold the cover in half over the metal bar and then lift the bar that holds the cover with the metal bar between the cover off the tub. Enjoy!
