Our house is a very scenic and quiet place. It is oceanfront with a dune view. The ocean is 300 yards away down our own path on our property. Wildlife abounds here with eagles, hawks, seabirds of all kinds, deer, rabbit and even an elk herd. It is in a gated community so there is no traffic or noise. Enjoy sunsets from our hot tub. We are located just down the beach from Gearhart in a gated community. Stroll down to the beach on our 4 acres of property and enjoy miles of deserted beach. The house is yours. Surf Pines is very quiet with lots of walking paths for kids and pets. The neighbors are rarely there but are very nice and helpful if they are for the weekend. Surf Pines is about a mile north of Gearhart.
