Cozy 1 Bedroom Tiny Cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Planet Fitness and Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to Kansas State Fair Grounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. Our cottage has a queen size bed and an automatic queen size high sitting air-matress for the extra guest. We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds. The space Our tiny cottage is designed for the traveler who wants to relax! It offers a living room with a recliner to kick back and watch TV and enjoy the electric fireplace. It has a small private bedroom with a queen size bed and TV, it has a queen size (high sitting) electric air mattress for your extra guest and a full bathroom that offers a relaxing walk-in Shower. Our Kitchen has a full size Refrigerator, Microwave, and full size Stove/Oven for you to prepare your meals in. We provide a single serve coffee maker and different flavor kcups (if you have your favorite please bring with you). An electronic Key Code will be given to you the day of your arrival through text. If you need laundry for towels or maid service please arrange in advance otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your vacation. We will however not book to people who live in Hutchinson Ks and are booking for themselves to stay in it without prior approval, due to damages.
