Canyon Creek Cabins: #3

Built in the 1970's as a remote fishing cabin, this adorable little hideout has been reimagined to be the idyllic escape in the woods. This cabin is perched on a granite ledge overlooking the legendary Canyon Creek, which can be seen from nearly every one of the expansive windows. After spending a day exploring one of the nearby epic hiking trails, you'll be rewarded by a relaxing soak in the riverside hot tub or a board game with friends by the fire. Guest access The main cabin is has one loft bedroom with a sofa bed on the main floor. For additional sleeping we have added another detached "bedroom" in the nearby Writers Shed. The Writers Shed is a small room overlooking the river, accessible via the back deck. Please be sure that your reservation accurately reflects all guests staying at the cabin so we can have enough bedding and towels for everyone. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: Do you allow dogs? Yes, we are dog-friendly! A maximum of 2 dogs per cabin is allowed, but other pets are not permitted. How many guests are included in the base price? The base price is for 2 guests, any additional guests are $50/night Can I check-in early or check-out late? Unfortunately, no. Our cabins are often booked back-to-back, and our cleaners need time to prepare the cabin for the next guests. There's no good waiting area, so please plan to arrive at check-in time. What's in the kitchen? The kitchen is stocked with essentials: stove, oven, pots, dishes, spices, and dry goods. Do you have a grill on the deck? Yes, there's a propane grill overlooking the river, and we supply the propane. What's the coffee situation? We provide Stamp Act coffee, an electric grinder, and a stainless steel French press. What's a good restaurant or bar nearby? We recommend spending as much time at the cabin and in nature as possible, so plan to bring food and drinks. Local favorites include Omega Pizza (takeout or dine-in), Eat Thai, and the Spar Tree (local bar).
