Swimming Pool available Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend! We are conveniently located near the airport, many restaurants and shopping including Charlotte Premium Outlets 3.2 miles. We are a few miles from many attractions such as Carowinds, Topgolf and U.S. National Whitewater Center. There is a movie theater and great bars 1.5 miles away in the Ayrsley shopping center. We are 10 miles from uptown Charlotte and close to the Charlotte Douglas Airport. We rent out our home when we go camping and travel. Our home is a ranch home in a cul-de-sac with three bedrooms, two full baths located in a safe neighborhood with large driveway for parking. You have access to our entire home except our garage. You will have access to a full kitchen with coffee pot, stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans and dishes. The home has a supply of fresh towels, hair dryer, iron with ironing board. Also the living room has a 55" Smart TV and the master bedroom has a 40” Smart TV and High Speed Internet. Outside our dining room door you step onto a large deck that surrounds a swimming pool. You have access to our gas grill. Sitting on the back deck you are surrounded by trees and have privacy. Swimming pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day! Guest will have access to the entire house but not the garage. We will provide contact information so guest can reach out to us easily. We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood. You will see children out playing and people out walking. Neighbors know each other and look out for each other. Located only a couple miles from interstates 77 and 485 and 10 miles from Charlotte. There is a bus stop at the entrance of our complex. The Light Rail to uptown Charlotte is just two miles away. Many of our guests use Uber. We leave a check list on our table to help with your visit.
