We have many regulars who come back time and time again. The space This suite is located in the center of the building with north facing windows and lots of skylights. The floors are original. There are two closets. The kitchen has all the things you need to stay a month. We provide towels and bedding and beach items. There is heat and air, Cable TV and internet. We own the building and cater to mature adults there are 8 suites that are all different sizes and prices. Guest access We provide you with an access code to enter the property the morning of your arrival to the cell number that you provide to us to OR you can let us know if you prefer the code to be provided in your reservation messaging. We live onsite so available as long as we are awake :) Other things to note Parking is 24/7 on Oak Street, Palm Avenue and a few other side streets that we will provide details the day of checkin. There is a covered public parking lot two blocks away. On street is 3 hours free from 9 am to 5 pm and free through the night.
