The lake is full! Enjoy lakeviews! Point Venture in this Silverton Custom Home built in 2004. There is plenty to do from the enjoying the clear blue water of Lake Travis at the PV park, PV pool, the golf course or tennis on one of six courts. The space This is my favorite place on earth. The lake is up! Come enjoy Lake Travis, and the amazing views. The home was built by Silverton Custom homes in 2004. I love to sit out on the deck at night and watch the lights across the lake. The view of the lake from this deck is phenomenal and the main reason we bought the house. Great views from all common areas and the master bedroom. The house itself is very comfortable and well laid out. The main common area opens into the kitchen and dining room for plenty of time together with a group or space for just 2 people. The decoration style is casual comfort with a focus on relaxation. There is a large master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs is a TV room perfect for the parents and kids to have some separate time. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. One with a Queen size bed and the other is a bunk room with 3 twin sized beds (bunk beds and twin sized bed). There is also a full sized fold out couch downstairs. Outside there is a patio and balconies for afternoon cocktails and dinner. There is a Weber Genesis propane grill for your convenience. If you prefer charcoal we have a Weber Kettle. There are 2 TV's each with DVD players and plenty of movies to choose from so you won't ever be bored. There is a blue tooth stereo system and WiFi coverage throughout the house. Feel free to inquire about SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWBIRDS WINTERING Guest access Point Venture is one of the original resorts on Lake Travis from the 1970's. It is on the Point directly across from Lakeway which gives you easy access to both sides of the lake. As a guest in Point Venture, you have access to the Jr. Olympic size pool, workout room with weights and machines, and the water front park that has a boat ramp and playground. There is also an award winning 9 hole golf course and 4 lighted tennis courts. PV has the only true waterfront restaurant accessible by boat or by car at Point Venture. Check out the Gnarly Gar with live music on the weekends. Other things to note Please note the house is within a neighborhood, and not a party house. We want you to enjoy your stay, but gatherings of over 8 people cannot be accommodated.
