Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio. Our Key West Studio is a separate space on the lake. You have a private walkway entrance that allows you to go in and out without accessing the main house. Inside you will find a Queen bed, full size futon, café' table and 2 chairs, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with filters and a small amount of coffee, a set of dishes, silverware, 32" LED TV, hanging rack for clothes, one chest of drawers, and 2 bedside tables with USB ports. I leave some condiments and goodies for you to enjoy as well as a couple cold waters in the fridge, ** You can use the back screen porch, grill (has a side burner and I provide a small skillet). (being able to swim well is required and done at your own risk). ***Stays of 7 days can use my washer and dryer, just text me and we will arrange use** Smoking: There is NO smoking in the studio. We do have a screen area where you can smoke and we don't mind at all. You can also smoke anywhere on the property just be kind and don't leave your butts. Our space is in a residential area that is occupied mostly by families. It is a short drive to almost anything you want. *Recreational: We are a 10 minute walk, or you can drive if you like, to Lake Mills Park and Wilderness Trails in the Econ Forrest. *Distances: We are apprx 45-60 minutes from the Disney area attractions and about the same distances to the east coast beaches. UCF is an easy 15 minute or less drive. We are apprx 1 hour from Cocoa, Port Canaveral. Studio/Cottage, Screen Porch, Dock, Lakefront If we are hosting, we are generally home. But we give you your space. If there is anything you need to make your trip special, let us know. Please bring any concerns to our attention immediately. Our goal is for you to enjoy our space. Distances: The Danville -8.9 miles, Geneva, UCF- 8 miles, Seminole State College Oviedo- 5 miles, Orlando International Airport- 31 miles, Sanford Orlando International Airport- 17 miles, apprx 1 hr drive to Cocoa/Port Canaveral, Daytona, New Smyrna Beaches, Seaworld, Universal and the Disney area. Our neighborhood is safe for walking, some side walks. Low speed streets. Park and Trails in walking distance. There is NO bus, subway, or train service local. Uber and Lyft are available. One queen bed and full size futon. *No pets allowed other than those required by law. Any pet detected will incur a deep cleaning fee of $250 from the guest.
