Surrounded by village's friendly life with the green paddy fields which are natural, relax and chill. A perfect destination to refresh your soul! The space We designed and start to build this house around 2020. This house has just been done. Our home follows a simplicity architecture with an artistic touch. As Wabi Sabi says, "Beauty is imperfection". Then you will see the application of interiors that are sometimes asymmetrical or unfinished items. Feel the open atmosphere in every corner. Lots of large windows and a relaxing area in the garden. It is comfortable, calming and welcoming. Here you will get: - 1 bedrooms - 1 private bathrooms - Front and back patio - Outdoor living room - Spacious garden Your luxurious, modern private room is well equipped with comfy bed, AC, flat-screen TV, free Wifi access as well as private bathroom with its amenities. When the weather starts to get hot, open the patio windows and feel the wind enter to your room. Some of the wooden furniture that we use are special handmade. We use also batik bed linen in each room because we want to blend something natural with local wisdom principles. Guest access OTHER FACILITIES Each of your room is private with private bathroom. Feel free to access the share living area with other good travellers. You can also enjoy the common kitchen space equipped with a gas stove, cookware, cutlery and refigerator to cook your favorite meal and wash them themselves afterwards (self service). The spacious garden invites lazy afternoons drinking coffee and tea, looking outside the greenery fresh plant. LOCATION We are located at Sewon, Bantul. It's just 10 mins drive from Prawirotaman street, 15-20 mins drive from Malioboro and 30 mins drive from Lempuyangan/ Tugu train station. Even though the location is in the village, but still close to Yogyakarta city, also GOJEK or GRAB are already available. Other things to note CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY Please be informed that our check-in time is at 2 PM. You may arrive early, but please be advise, you just can drop your luggage before your check-in time. Then check-out time is at 12 PM, because we are expecting the next guest to check-in at 2PM. SAVING ENERGY We are confident in your accuracy and kindness, but please remember to observe some simple rules. Turn off lights, air conditioners, and TV when not in the room. SMOKING POLICY Please don't smoke inside the room. You can smoke outside or on the patio instead. PET FRIENDLY SERVICE You are allowed to bring a pet. But there will be charge if there's broken utilities. Make sure your pets are potty-trained and please keep the area clean and safe. ON-SITE HOST We also stay in this area of ​​the house.
